Oral contributions can be either in MS PowerPoint or in pdf. Duration of the Plenary lecture is 35 minutes and 5 minutes is reserved for discussion. Duration of the Oral presentation is 15 minutes and 5 minutes is reserved for discussion. Windows10 notebook/PC is to speakers disposal. USB flash is the best medium for data transfer. The maximum dimensions of posters should be 90 cm in width and 120 cm in height, corresponding to the A0 paper size. |
