The bursary opportunity!
The Clay Minerals Group of the Mineralogical Society of the UK and Ireland offers Ordinary Bursaries to assist researchers and postgraduate students to attend and present research on clay minerals (sensu lato) at conferences, workshops and related activities.
Awards are limited to £500 or 50% of costs (whichever is less) and are paid retrospectively. There are no restrictions on who can apply and bursary applications can be submitted at any time of year. Please consider submitting your application to the CMG bursary for your attendance at the 11th MECC.

Abstracts acceptation will be confirmed up to 14 days after submission.
Registration fee for conference participants includes:

Cancelations
Only written cancellations to the Organizing Commitee will be accepted. Cancellations of participation at the
Conference, accommodation and optional services are subject to the following cancellation conditions:
Before June 30, 2024
10% of the payment received, bank charges will be charged to the
participant
July 1 - July 31, 2024
50% of the payment received, bank charges will be charged to the
participant
After August 1, 2024
no refunds for cancellations after this date
Changes
Changes in booked and confirmed services can only be made with agreement of organizing committee by e-mail in writing form .
